1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver within Kenya. Deliveries outside Nairobi may require additional time and may incur extra delivery fees based on the destination.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is received, and a separate shipping notification when your order is dispatched.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following delivery options based on your delivery location:

Other Major Towns in Kenya 1–3 business days
Remote or Outlying Areas 3–5 business days
 

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors such as weather, traffic, or courier delays. We will notify you promptly if your delivery is affected.


4. Shipping Charges

    • Nairobi Deliveries: KES 300

    • Other Regions: Delivery fees vary based on your location — the exact fee is displayed at checkout.

    • Free Delivery: Orders above KES 50,000 qualify for free delivery within Kenya.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (based on your selected contact preference) containing your tracking details or estimated delivery updates.

If your order is delayed or you encounter any delivery issues:

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
Hemmat Supplies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery in such cases.


8. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit:

9. Geographical Restrictions

We currently offer delivery services within Kenya only.
At this time, international shipping is not available. Any updates to our delivery areas will be communicated via our website and social media platforms.
