1. Return Policy
You may request a return for most new, unopened, and unused items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Return:
The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Perishable goods
Clearance or sale items
Custom or personalized products
Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, providing:
Your order number
Reason for return
Clear photos (if applicable) to support your request
Once approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g. wrong item delivered, defective or damaged product), Hemmat Supplies will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns (e.g. change of mind, wrong item ordered by the customer), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days of receiving the item.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
To request an exchange, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos if applicable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
First, check your bank or mobile money account again.
Contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary.
